Our Business Profile

  • The Taipan Group of Companies encompasses the under mentioned companies. These companies, all incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act of 1969, forms the core of the Taipan Group of Companies through equity and cross equity holdings and/or by common shareholding and directorships:

PARK 51 DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (776000-P) 

The Taipan Group of Companies is a professional real-estate focused group and its activities are strictly limited to property development, construction, property management and property advisory services.
Taipan Focus Sdn. Bhd, a licensed property developer, is the core operating company within the Taipan Group of Companies.
All companies within the Taipan Group Of Companies share the same address of the Group’s Headquarters at No. 130, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, 41100 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

    Our Directors

As a professional real-estate company, the directors of the Group work hands-on in the respective companies within the Group. The principle directors of the Group currently are as follows:

  • Teok Kien Seng, Andrew
    • Andrew is a double degree holder (in civil engineering and architecture). He has over 23 years of experience in real-estate development and construction, having first being employed in his family (also real-estate) business before venturing into his own since 1995. Andrew is the President / Managing Director of the Group.
  • Md. Said Bin Dolah, Said
    • Md. Said has been a business partner for Andrew since 1995. Md. Said too has been involved in the property in various capacities including that of a Project Manager in the private sector. Md. Said is an Executive Director of the Group and is responsible for all corporate liaison matters and administration.
      Between the Directors , the Senior Management Staff the Group has over 100 years of experience in the real-estate industry.


    Guided By Expertise & Experience Our Senior Management staff is handpicked from a mixture of experienced, dynamic and youthful personalities so as to provide a full flavor of market sensitivities within modern management concepts and traditionally proven technologies. Presently our Senior Management staff includes:
  • Simon Ignatius, Simon (Vice President)
    • Simon is the Vice President of the Group. He oversees and is responsible for the successful completion of all projects within the Group. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the property sector having primarily served in property based Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad and Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad since 1975 before joining the Taipan Group of Companies in 1999.
  • Andrew K.S. Teok JR, Andy (Corporate Affairs)
    • Andy is a graduate in both finance and economics from Canada, undertakes the role of General Manager of the Group.He is responsible of carrying out the groups strategic plans and policies.
  • Lim May Sim, Maxine (Sales & Marketing)
    • Ms.Lim is the Group's Operation Manager.With over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, Lim is responsible for the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the Group's product and services.
  • Razali Bin Rahmat, Razali (Architectural & Design)
    • Razali is an architect by profession. He has over 15 years experience in architecture and real-estate design. He oversees the technical and supervision teams of the Group to ensure acceptable quality of products developed, supervision of construction work and due delivery of completed products.
  • See Siang Ling, See (Accounts & Finance)
    • See is the Group’s Head of Accounts. Her job entails financial, accounting and treasury functions, accounts administration and financial planning.
  • Ms.Grace (Marketing)
    • Grace is the Group’s Head of Marketing with an experience of more than 15 years in the Property Sector. Her job entails marketing administration, advertising co-ordination and marketing promotions.
  • NorAfne Moktaruddin, Afne (Sales Administration)
    • Afne is a graduate in International Relations and is the Group’s Head of Sales and Public Laison. Her job entails sales administration, legal documentation, sales promotions, property transfer and titling administration.
  • Suresh Singh, Sam (Information Technology)
    • Sam is a Computer Science graduate from Conventry ,UK. He oversees the installation and creation of the hardware ,software and network solutions employed by the Group.
  • Kamala Devi, Kamala(Administration & Human Resource)
    • Kamala a diploma holder in both business and computer studies from UK is responsible for the Group's internal affairs and is the head of administration and human resources department.
